DurraniDurrani is most well-known for Durrani's part in Dash Dolls on the E! The network that is owned by cable. The actress was the daughter of Afghan immigrants and was born in San Francisco Bay Area. Popal had Kareem, her infant son who was asleep, at the time we met. Durrani Popal repeatedly expressed admiration for Durrani, saying, "I'm so grateful for my parents' bravery to leave their country behind for a fresh start." Durrani, her brother, and Durrani have learned to appreciate the United States, to appreciate the opportunities it offers, but also to preserve and transmit their culture. She expressed regret that she'd never been to Afghanistan but was hopeful that things would change in the near future.
