Suzanne Pleshette

SuzanneSuzanne Pleshette was an American voice actor, actress, and film actor. She lived from January 31, 1937 to January 19th of 2008. Pleshette began her career in theatre, and was a part of films in the late 1950s. Later, she appeared in notable films such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds (1963), or Spirited Away (192001). From 1972 to 1978, Pleshette was a regular guest on a variety of TV productions. She was also a part of Emily Hartley, which earned numerous Emmy Award nominations. Pleshette was the daughter of Geraldine (nee Kaplan), and Eugene Pleshette. She was born in Brooklyn Heights, New York City on January 31 in 1937. Her parents were Jewish as were the children of emigrants from Russia and Austria-Hungary.Her mother was a dancer and artist who performed on stage under the name Geraldine Rivers. Her father was the stage manager in both the Paramount Theater and the Paramount Theater in Manhattan.
